I started out as an owner/operator of my own tow truck in Houston, Texas. From there, my family went into the heavy duty towing and recovery business. We built that company into a diversified fleet with air cushions and hazardous material competence which handled  several truck recoveries a day. Around 1986, I sold that business, and went into manufacturing of high quality, custom built, heavy duty, modern towing and recovery vehicles. Our company was featured in Tow Times in September of 1998, and February of 1991. We were also in American Towman in December of 1994. (See pages) With a long history under the name of DeWalt Manufacturing, and the knowledge of what the towman needs, I am coming out of retirement to fill those needs with quality units and equipment.
